When used with intention, the breath is medicine. This is a practice that uses a three-part conscious, connected breathing pattern to access expanded states of consciousness while simultaneously unlocking repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body and spirit.
The Magnetically You Breathwork Membership offers a sacred space for collective healing and deep connection. Each month, there will be a theme we will explore as a community, each varying in focus and intention. In addition to what we explore as a collective, you have access to at-home recorded breathwork, rituals and education in order to deepen your knowledge and connection to the practice and to yourself that can last you a life time and heal you beyond them. How I Found 3 Part Conscious Connected Breathwork
The past 5 years has been a journey of finding my true purpose in this vast, ever-changing world. Through this process, I have spent thousands of dollars on doctors appointments, healers, readers, certifications and courses in order to heal myself and gain the knowledge to give others the same gift of internal transformation and education.
The 3 part conscious connected breath was my catalyst to understanding the depth, yet simplicity, of self-healing. Breathwork allowed me to gain clarity on the answers that were already deep-below the surface, I just needed to learned to still the waters of my mind and body in order to see the truth clearly and believe in it deeply.
The Magnetically You Breathwork Portal was born out of a calling to share this form of healing with others and to embrace it as a like-minded community. Although 1-off sessions are extremely powerful, your healing and heart opening expansion require consistency and community. I’m eager to be a witness and guide of deep transformations, soul-level connections and life-changing breakthroughs each month.
